Together they introduce us to the new European project CAREdiZO: a project that aims to bridge the gender gap in caring responsibilities and empower small businesses and organisations to adopt equality policies and practices.

Employability handbook for the Energy sector

This tool was created as part of Ready for Work at Engineering, WHEN's specialized employability skills program for women looking for their first or second job in the energy sector, organized with the support of Motor Oil Group. With this program, 30 young women who are about to graduate or have already graduated from Engineering Schools, were equipped with the necessary tools and developed the skills they need to succeed in the Energy field.

FEMIN-ICT | Supporting women in the ICT sector

FEMIN-ICT is a collaboration between 7 organizations from Greece, Belgium, Cyprus, Italy, Stockholm, Spain and Sweden, which aimed to address the underrepresentation and difficulty of advancement of women in the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) sector, encouraging more women to enter the industry, giving them the tools they need to succeed, and promoting their equal participation, representation and treatment within the ecosystem.
