WHEN, within the framework of the European HERA project, designs and implements HERA Labs – innovative ecosystems for learning, action and solidarity for women aged 45+. Our goal is to create a community of support and empowerment, where every woman can feel safe, accepted and inspired to take the next steps in her life.
Through experiential and participatory meetings, you will have the opportunity to discover your strengths, boost your self-confidence and develop skills for redefinition, reskilling and upskilling.
Each Lab connects you with the local community, opening new paths for learning, volunteering or professional opportunities. At the end of the series of meetings, you will create your own Personal Action Plan, a roadmap for your next steps, based on your own needs and dreams.
Above all, HERA Labs is a journey of empowerment and collective care, a vibrant community where women learn, support each other and move forward together, with solidarity and respect.
If you feel ready to rediscover your power and become part of an active, supportive community, come to HERA Labs!
