The WHEN Career Fair
Since 2023, the WHEN Career Fair has been the only career fair in Greece focused specifically on women’s needs and on progressive, equal-opportunity employers.
Every year, we organise the WHEN Career Fair to empower women who are looking for work and support our corporate partners in attracting and recruiting high-quality female talent.
Our focus? Strengthening candidates’ skills and connecting them with responsible and progressive employers. The companies that support our Career Fair are genuinely committed to policies that promote equality, inclusion and work-life balance, and are looking to meet new candidates entering the job market, women returning to work after a career break for caregiving reasons, and experienced professionals looking for their next career move.
Through their participation in the WHEN Career Fair, each sponsor has the opportunity to meet candidates from a wide range of professional fields and experience levels, while showcasing their own good practices.
As for participants, they have the opportunity to take part in workshops, career coaching sessions, CV clinics and mock interviews, have a new professional headshot taken and, of course, connect with the wider WHEN community — and our team!
