WHEN in Business Conference
For seven consecutive years, WHEN’s Conference on Equality and Inclusion in Business showcased initiatives, data, and tools aimed at fostering a culture of equity within companies and organizations.
The annual Conference has now been passed on to our sister organization, inc.lude, which focuses on dimensions of diversity beyond gender, always with the goal of creating workplace ecosystems that promote genuine meritocracy, fairness, and a strong sense of belonging.
