This handbook covers what sexual harassment is and isn't, the context in which it can occur, and the ways in which we can deal with it when we are put in a difficult position. It also includes how we should behave at work, to foster inclusion and respect, how we can set our own boundaries, along with small but important rules of conduct that will help us not to violate, even unintentionally, the boundaries of our colleagues. Finally, the handbook closes with the myths that we need to debunk if we want to make a meaningful contribution to addressing the phenomenon of sexual harassment at work.

Change is a collective effort and this guide is a comprehensive, practical handbook with tools that will facilitate the integration of the gender mainstreaming in organizations, for those who wish to better support their beneficiaries, to serve customers of all genders, to design more effective products and services, and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders related to their organization.

The guide includes a self-diagnostic tool, which helps organizations assess their structure internally in terms of their gender mainstreaming level, in their programs and operations. Then, based on the results, up to 10 easily applicable suggestions and practices are provided to strengthen gender equality in the processes followed, and to improve the practices used to promote women's social entrepreneurship.

This tool is aimed at organizations supporting entrepreneurship that offer training and business incubator and accelerator programs with a focus on social entrepreneurship, but need to improve their gender strategy to fully meet the needs of women entrepreneurs and to offer specially designed inclusive programs and support activities.

On May 11, 2021, WHEN held the Inclusivity Lounge online, as part of the Delphi Economic Forum, which was organized with the support of the US Embassy in Athens and under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Family Policy and Gender Equality.

Since 2020, the Inclusivity Lounge has been creating physical and online spaces for brainstorming and networking around the important issues of technology, economics, sustainability and health, and the ways in which these intersect with the many aspects of gender equality, diversity and inclusion.

We are very pleased to announce our new partnership with EWOB, a non-profit organization created to promote gender equality and diversity in corporate leadership, across Europe. Through international exchanges and networking, EWOB's mission is to inspire female executives to realize their professional aspirations

Through this project, we train and guide organizations involved in the promotion of entrepreneurship, so that they become more equal, first as employers, and then towards the entrepreneurs they support. We aim to foster a more inclusive mindset in incubators, NGOs, business competitions and funding organizations, so that they in turn promote the equal participation of women in entrepreneurship. 

FEMIN-ICT is a collaboration between 7 organizations based in 6 EU countries, and aims to bridge this gap by encouraging more women to enter the industry, giving them the tools they need to succeed, and promoting their equal participation, representation and treatment.

BeMyHelp is an Erasmus+ project that aims for the inclusion of the mentoring method in socio-professional projects targeting socially excluded groups, including women, as an effective tool in personal development and assistance in returning to the labor market.

2019 is the first year we attempt to capture, in a comprehensive annual report, what we designed and created, where our resources came from, how we managed them and our impact. This is how we want to present them - with pride, transparency but also with a great sense of consistency and responsibility - to the team, the beneficiaries, the supporters and the whole large community of people who follow our work.

No single annual report can capture all of 2020, but this is our attempt to do so.

2021, amidst its many demands and upheavals, highlighted some of these challenges. Even if, until now, we could, to some extent, turn a blind eye to many of the pathologies that plague gender equality in our country - sexist public discourse, sexual violence and harassment, domestic and economic violence, the unequal distribution of caring responsibilities - many bold, outspoken and "dangerous" women have ensured, in the past year, that the issues find their place (if only for a while) in the public debate and at the decision-making tables that affect us.

2022 was the year we celebrated our 10th birthday. It was the year that our team grew even more, but also the year that we made important decisions about the priorities and development of the organization in the coming years. We believe that every anniversary is also a small or big occasion for reflection and that is exactly what we tried to do. Not only from the inside out, but also from outwards inwards. What are the changes we want to see happening from here on out, what kind of impact do we want to create, in which direction and by what means.

In the 8th edition of the Event Awards for the most creative and innovative events of the year, WHEN won 2nd place in the Sustainable & Open to Public Event category, for the WHEN Hackathon & Career Fair 2023, closing a year with 3 very special awards for our action! These awards are organized by Boussias Events and have established themselves as the major event organization meeting in our country.

The past few weeks were very dear to the heart of the WHEN team, as it was awarded for 3 separate actions it implemented in 2021.

At the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards 2023, which highlight partnerships that create a new model of Greek entrepreneurship and produce a positive impact on society and the environment, WHEN was awarded for not just one, but two projects it implemented last year!
