2019 is the first year we attempt to capture, in a comprehensive annual report, what we designed and created, where our resources came from, how we managed them and our impact. This is how we want to present them - with pride, transparency but also with a great sense of consistency and responsibility - to the team, the beneficiaries, the supporters and the whole large community of people who follow our work.

No single annual report can capture all of 2020, but this is our attempt to do so.

2021, amidst its many demands and upheavals, highlighted some of these challenges. Even if, until now, we could, to some extent, turn a blind eye to many of the pathologies that plague gender equality in our country - sexist public discourse, sexual violence and harassment, domestic and economic violence, the unequal distribution of caring responsibilities - many bold, outspoken and "dangerous" women have ensured, in the past year, that the issues find their place (if only for a while) in the public debate and at the decision-making tables that affect us.

2022 was the year we celebrated our 10th birthday. It was the year that our team grew even more, but also the year that we made important decisions about the priorities and development of the organization in the coming years. We believe that every anniversary is also a small or big occasion for reflection and that is exactly what we tried to do. Not only from the inside out, but also from outwards inwards. What are the changes we want to see happening from here on out, what kind of impact do we want to create, in which direction and by what means.

In the 8th edition of the Event Awards for the most creative and innovative events of the year, WHEN won 2nd place in the Sustainable & Open to Public Event category, for the WHEN Hackathon & Career Fair 2023, closing a year with 3 very special awards for our action! These awards are organized by Boussias Events and have established themselves as the major event organization meeting in our country.

The past few weeks were very dear to the heart of the WHEN team, as it was awarded for 3 separate actions it implemented in 2021.

At the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards 2023, which highlight partnerships that create a new model of Greek entrepreneurship and produce a positive impact on society and the environment, WHEN was awarded for not just one, but two projects it implemented last year!
