CAREdiZO: “Gaining from caring” - A new European project by MIGS on gender equality at work, at home and in society. his European project aims to promote the equal share of care and close the gender gap by empowering organizations and businesses through  innovative digital tools, training, and networking opportunities. 

In the FoWoSe program (Fostering women's social entrepreneurship) we collaborated with organizations from 5 different countries in Europe, to train and guide organizations involved in the promotion of entrepreneurship, so that they become more equal, first as employers, and then towards the entrepreneurs they support.

FEMIN-ICT is a collaboration between 7 organizations from Greece, Belgium, Cyprus, Italy, Stockholm, Spain and Sweden, which aimed to address the underrepresentation and difficulty of advancement of women in the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) sector, encouraging more women to enter the industry, giving them the tools they need to succeed, and promoting their equal participation, representation and treatment within the ecosystem.

Through this project, we train and guide organizations involved in the promotion of entrepreneurship, so that they become more equal, first as employers, and then towards the entrepreneurs they support. We aim to foster a more inclusive mindset in incubators, NGOs, business competitions and funding organizations, so that they in turn promote the equal participation of women in entrepreneurship. 

FEMIN-ICT is a collaboration between 7 organizations based in 6 EU countries, and aims to bridge this gap by encouraging more women to enter the industry, giving them the tools they need to succeed, and promoting their equal participation, representation and treatment.

BeMyHelp is an Erasmus+ project that aims for the inclusion of the mentoring method in socio-professional projects targeting socially excluded groups, including women, as an effective tool in personal development and assistance in returning to the labor market.
