The non-profit organization WHEN and Alpha Bank are organizing, within the framework of the corporate social responsibility initiative IQonomy, the new series of the free training program "Economy Class". The 9-month training course is aimed at women over 18 years of age and aims to develop their financial resilience, familiarize them with basic principles of financial literacy and develop the skills that will help them manage their financial future with confidence.

On May 30 2024, WHEN is organizing the 8th Inclusivity Lounge, which will take place for the first time at the 12th Regional Growth Conference in Patras.

On April 11, WHEN is organizing the 7th Inclusivity Lounge as part of the Delphi Economic Forum, under the auspices of the U.S. Embassy in Athens and the General Secretariat for Equality and Human Rights of the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family, with the support of the British Council in Greece, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Greece and Cyprus, the Pancreta Bank and Hellas Gold.

Ready for Work, the specialized training and employability program of WHEN, announces its 8th cycle! With the cooperation and support of the Motor Oil Group, 30 young women who are about to graduate or have already graduated from Engineering Schools, will be equipped with the necessary tools and develop the skills they need to succeed in the Energy field.

WHEN's training and employability program, Ready for Work (again), returns for its 7th time, and, in partnership with the Sani/Ikos Hotel Group, gives 30 women the tools they need to re-enter the labor market and find a job in the dynamically growing tourism industry.

The "Start your Business" Camp is a free and in person entrepreneurship training and skills development cycle for women who want or plan to build their own business.

WHEN, in collaboration with Stimmuli for Social Change and within the framework of the FEMIN-ICT program, will answer the above questions on Wednesday, October 4, 17:00-18:30, in a webinar on tackling gender stereotypes and prejudices in the ICT sector.

On Friday, September 15, the Thessaloniki International Fair will host, for the 2nd consecutive year, the Inclusivity Lounge organized by WHEN, with this year's theme “Health in Unequal Times”, will once again create a safe place to meet, think, exchange ideas and network, with selected speakers analyzing issues that fall under the broader theme of gender equality and inclusion to health.

the new mentoring platform of WHEN?

On Tuesday 23/5, 18:00-19:30, we are organizing a detailed "tour" to learn everything you need to know about WHEN's innovative and interactive platform, which automates the process and brings mentors & mentees closer than ever.

The 6th consecutive WHEN training and employability program will take place in April and will give 30 young women the opportunity to equip themselves with the necessary tools and gain the confidence they need to claim the job they want.

On Thursday, April 27, the Delphi Economic Forum will host, for the 4th consecutive year, the Inclusivity Lounge organized by WHEN, with the support of the US Embassy and Visa, the British Council, Vodafone and Growthfund, the National Fund of Greece, under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Demographic and Family Policy and Gender Equality.

WHEN, in collaboration with ActionAid, organizes free online training seminars as part of the Safe at Work program, to prevent and combat sexual harassment in the workplace. After the first and second cycle of seminars, which were addressed to human resources executives/team managers and working/self-employed people, we are back with another seminar addressed to the tourism sector!

As part of the second cycle of the program, 10 workshops will be implemented in primary and secondary schools for the prevention of gender stereotypes in everyday life and professional orientation.

On 17 & 18 February 2023, WHEN is organizing a unique two-day event on equality and inclusion at work: two initiatives for changemakers who will enter and/or develop in the labor market, making it better for all.

The fourth and final webinar of the mentor training cycle is about setting goals and self-confidence. Whether you have years of mentoring experience or are just starting out, you may be wondering what is the best way to support another woman in clarifying her goals, setting priorities and planning the next steps to achieve them. In these two hours we will explore together the appropriate tools for the most effective and constructive support and guidance of your mentees, so that you can optimize the goal-setting process and achieve even better results for both of you next time.
