Registrations are now open for the new series of educational seminars "Economy Class", organized by the non-profit organization WHEN, with the cooperation of athiNEA and with the funding of Papastratos.

WHEN announces an empowerment cycle for teenage girls aged 14-17, which consists of 6 two-hour workshops that have a strong experiential and practical character, as, beyond theory, they focus on practical tools, targeted activities and exchange of experiences, so that the participants can have, from the first moment, the opportunity to cultivate new skills and manage more effectively the challenges they face.

The third webinar of the mentor training cycle is about managing unconscious biases. Here we will discuss how we can recognize the stereotypes that we carry within us, even without realizing it, and which can negatively affect cooperation in a mentoring relationship or in any other part of our lives. Together we will discover tools to help us manage the biases that influence our behavior and are an inhibitor to our ability to build meaningful and honest relationships.

WHEN, in collaboration with ActionAid, organizes free online training seminars as part of the Safe at Work program, to prevent and combat sexual harassment in the workplace. The seminars are addressed to human resources executives, members of business and organization management, but also to executives of any department dealing with the cultivation of a culture of safety and respect in the workplace.

Ready for Work, the WHEN training and employability program is back for the 5th time! With the support of the pharmaceutical company Novartis Hellas, Ready for Work is landing in the field of Health Sciences, with a series of webinars and mentoring for women who are about to graduate or have already graduated from STEM and Health Sciences schools (e.g. Pharmacy/ Pharmacology, Medicine, Biology).

On November 23rd, we are launching the second cycle of the School of No Bias program with an online skills development workshop for teachers to make STEM-related fields more attractive and accessible to girls from different socio-economic backgrounds, organized by WHEN, with the support of the U.S. Embassy in Athens.

The second webinar of the mentor training cycle is about the basic principles of trust and active listening. Together we will explore the role trust plays in the effectiveness of mentoring, we will propose tools and practices, and we will exchange experiences and tips for more active listening in our collaborations. Of course, time will be given for all the questions you may have about your past or future experiences, with the aim of gaining valuable skills and enriching your own career path.

At WHEN we believe in mentoring and we believe (a lot!) in the ability of our mentors to change the lives of their mentees for the better. That is why we are starting the new academic year with a series of training seminars around key topics related to this role, which will significantly increase the effectiveness of the guidance you can offer to your mentees, your colleagues or any woman you want to support!

On Sunday, September 11, within the framework of the 86th Thessaloniki International fair and the HELEXPO Forum, Women on Top is organizing the 4th Inclusivity Lounge.

Ready for Work, WHEN's training and employability program returns for the 4th time, and with the support of SAP for the 2nd consecutive time, with 2 series of online seminars and mentoring, which are addressed to women in the start of their career and women who wish to rejoin the labor market after a break of more than 2 years.

On Thursday, April 7, the Delphi Economic Forum will host, for the 3rd consecutive year and in person for the first time ever, the Inclusivity Lounge organized by WHEN, with the support of the US Embassy and under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Demographic and Family Policy and Gender Equality.

On February 23, 2022, the non-profit organization WHEN, in collaboration with the companies Pfizer and the Center for Digital Innovation, Henkel, Commit Global and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation of Greece and Cyprus, and with the support of the Norwegian Embassy, is holding the 5th annual conference entitled "Equality & Inclusion in Business: Lessons from Norway and Iceland", within the WHEN in Business initiative.

It is with great pleasure that the WHEN announces that the program “The school of no bias – everyone strong, everyone equal” starts its journey!

It is a training and networking program for teachers of primary and secondary education, and school career counselors who want to learn new ways to bring gender equality closer to their classrooms and the educational process.

On the 22nd of February 2021, from 16.00 to 19.00, Women Οn Top, with the support of Konrad Adenauer Foundation of Greece and Cyprus, Commit and PwΨ, organizes its fourth annual conference about equality in business, regarding the inclusive leadership in times of crisis.

This year, taking inspiration from the skills you told us you need to develop to effectively cope with the new reality we face, we've created a program of 10 webinars for the 5th Summer WHEN Camp!
