Female Founders Hub @ Hospitality: Empowering women entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry
WHEN launches the Female Founders Hub @ Hospitality, a program for empowerment, training and networking for women entrepreneurs in the dynamically evolving HORECA sector (Hotels – Restaurants – Catering Services), in collaboration with Olympic Brewery!
What exactly is the Female Founders Hub @ Hospitality?
As a part of the Female Founders Hub @ Hospitality initiative, thematic focus groups will be organized with the participation of women entrepreneurs, active in the hospitality industry. The purpose of the action is to better understand the daily difficulties faced by women who have founded and/or manage small and medium-sized businesses in the sector, to highlight their needs and record proposals for solutions, with an emphasis on training needs that can support their professional empowerment.
The results of the investigation will be published and accessible to any organization that wishes to undertake actions to strengthen female entrepreneurship in the HORECA sector, while WHEN, with the support of Olympic Brewery, will subsequently implement targeted training and networking actions based on the needs that have been identified.
What do we ask of you?
Do you have or participate in a business that operates in the HORECA sectors (Hotels – Restaurants – Catering Services) and do you want to actively contribute to the formation of a more supportive business environment? We want to hear from you!
This call is addressed to female entrepreneurs of all ages from all over Greece. If you want to share your experiences and help us to understand your needs better, in order to be able together to find solutions that will substantially strengthen you and your business, then apply by November 6th to 1 of the 3 online focus groups, and we will soon inform you about the result of your application.

What is the Female Founders Hub?
The Female Founders Hub is a community of female entrepreneurs from all over Greece, which offers its members opportunities for training, empowerment and networking, as well as access to funding, mentoring and coaching. The community hosts female entrepreneurs with 2+ years of business experience who wish to grow personally and professionally, benefit from and contribute to a community with a vision, and achieve the next goals they set for their business.
