Are you part of a European or international project, organization or entity that deals with gender equality, equal sharing of care responsibilities and/or work-life balance?

We invite you to the online workshop “CAREdiZO | Share the Care” to co-create, be inspired and network, so that we can turn collaboration into influence!

In the workshop we will be connected with professionals, organizations and initiatives from all over Europe to:
→ Exchange good practices for workplaces on gender equality and care integration
→ Identify common needs and gaps in care policies in small businesses and NGOs
→ Create synergies for common ideas, campaigns and actions
→ Network with projects and professionals from all over Europe

This online meeting is a follow-up to 2 workshops implemented at the WHEN Hub, where organizations and small civil society organizations met and dedicated 14 hours to design innovative policies for work-life balance, and support for people with caregiving responsibilities. The participants brought to the table all the challenges they face as small and medium-sized entities in adopting good practices and empowering their human resources, and gave us more hope for the future of work in Greece. We are grateful for the time, space and experience they shared with us.

Let’s connect to create more caring, equal and sustainable workplaces together!

We thank the organizations: Athens Network of Collaborating Experts (ANCE), Kalliopi Skoulariki Law Firm, HouseHub AMKE, BM-ARCHILAB, Children First, inc.lude, Quantum BITS, HIGGS, Her Academia.
