WHEN, within the framework of the European HERA project, designs and implements HERA Labs – innovative ecosystems for learning, action and solidarity for women aged 45+. Our goal is to create a community of support and empowerment, where every woman can feel safe, accepted and inspired to take the next steps in her life. Through experiential and participatory meetings, you will have the opportunity to discover your strengths, boost your self-confidence and develop skills for redefinition, reskilling and upskilling.
