Female Founders Hub @ Hospitality: training & empowerment Webinars
The Female Founders Hub @ Hospitality program by WHEN, in collaboration with Olympic Brewery, continues with the implementation of three free online training and empowerment webinars for women entrepreneurs operating in the fast-evolving HORECA sector (Hotels – Restaurants – Catering Services).
The webinars have been designed to address the needs and gaps identified by women entrepreneurs in the sector through focus groups conducted during the first stage of the program. Based on these findings, we published a research report that provides an in-depth analysis of the daily challenges they face. With the aim of supporting every woman in the HORECA sector in growing her business and strengthening her professional presence, the webinars cover topics that participants themselves highlighted as most essential for their professional development: AI tools, digital marketing skills, and financial literacy.
The sessions will be held online, ensuring equal access for women entrepreneurs across Greece, regardless of geographic location. Participants who are interested in participating, may register for any of the three available webinars:
