Economy Class

WHEN is once again joining forces with Alpha Bank and presents the new cycle of the training seminars “Economy Class”, implemented as part of the IQonomy corporate social responsibility initiative.

This programme is addressed to all women and femininities over the age of 18 who would like to feel more confident in managing their finances, strengthen their financial resilience, and acquire practical skills for making more informed financial decisions in their everyday lives.

During the 9-month cycle, you will have the opportunity to attend monthly interactive online seminars, through which you will be introduced to useful tools and practices for better organising your finances. You will learn how to create and monitor a budget, save in a sustainable way, reduce your expenses, increase your income, and plan your financial future with greater security.

In addition, you will become familiar with key concepts such as long-term financial planning, investments, credit, insurance, and taxation. At the same time, you will develop communication and negotiation skills around financial issues that concern you, your family, or your professional environment.

The seminars are delivered by experienced trainers, trained by WHEN in the methodology and key principles of the programme, and are accompanied by educational material specifically developed to strengthen women’s financial empowerment.

The seminars take place online, on one Wednesday each month. As places are limited, we kindly ask you to register only if you can commit to attending at least 80% of the programme.

“It is something we all need, so that we do not constantly feel lost and anxious. Women from different generations, professional fields, and income levels came together to learn and exchange knowledge, experiences, and concerns. In this way, we helped one another resolve questions and understand concepts that had frightened us until then. I am grateful and proud to have taken part.”

—Participant in a previous cycle of the programme

The “Economy Class” programme is implemented by WHEN for the fourth consecutive year, having already supported hundreds of women in gaining greater confidence and essential skills in managing their finances. Following the completion of the previous cycle, 78% of participants stated that their confidence increased when they needed to make a financial decision concerning themselves and/or their family.
