Sexual Harassment

As part of the S.T.A.R.T. (Strategic Tools for Addressing, Recognizing and Tackling Sexual Harassment at Work) project, WHEN, in collaboration with BIA STOP, is organizing a series of free awareness-raising and training seminars, aiming to empower lawyers, interns, corporate legal advisors and employees of the Independent Labor Inspection Authority, as well as those called upon to support victims or witnesses of sexual harassment at the front line (HR executives, mental health counselors, managers, etc.) in the workplace.

Within the framework of the S.T.A.R.T. project (Strategic Tools for Addressing, Recognizing and Tackling Sexual Harassment at Work), WHEN, in collaboration with BIA STOP, is organising a series of free awareness-raising and training seminars aimed at empowering university students of Law and related disciplines to effectively handle cases of sexual harassment in the workplace.

WHEN, in collaboration with ActionAid, organizes free online training seminars as part of the Safe at Work program, to prevent and combat sexual harassment in the workplace. After the first and second cycle of seminars, which were addressed to human resources executives/team managers and working/self-employed people, we are back with another seminar addressed to the tourism sector!

The seminars are addressed to human resources executives, members of business and organization management, but also to executives of any department dealing with the cultivation of a culture of safety and respect in the workplace.
