On April 21 and 27, WHEN is organizing 2 free 8-hour training seminars on the effective implementation of Directive (EU) 2023/970 on transparency and equality in salaries.
- Seminar 21/4 for large companies | Addressed to employers and executives (entrepreneurs, HR executives, Compliance, Finance and Data Management executives, team leaders, etc.) of businesses and organizations with over 250 employees.
- Seminar 27/4 for small businesses | Addressed to employers and executives of small and medium-sized businesses and organizations with up to 250 employees.
Both seminars aim to cultivate the knowledge and skills that large & small businesses will need in order to achieve their organization’s substantial compliance with the new regulation that will enter into force in Greece from June 2026. The seminars are practical and interactive and will focus on the following topics:

The seminars are implemented within the framework of the FAIR PAY project, which is implemented by the General Secretariat for Equality and Human Rights (GSHE) as the coordinating body with partners including the Research Centre for Gender Equality (KETHI), WHEN Equity Empowerment Change (WHEN), and the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Greece (SEGE). The Project is co-funded by Greece and the European Union through the “Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values” (CERV) Programme.
