On May 28, WHEN is organizing a free 8-hour training seminar in Piraeus, on the effective implementation of Directive (EU) 2023/970 on transparency and equal pay. The seminar is aimed at employers and executives (entrepreneurs, HR executives, Compliance, Financial Services and Data Management executives, team leaders, etc.) of small, medium and large businesses and organizations, and aims to cultivate the knowledge and skills that will be needed in order to achieve their organization’s substantial compliance with the new regulation that will enter into force in Greece from June 2026.
The seminar is practical and interactive and will focus on the following topics:

The seminars are implemented within the framework of the FAIR PAY project, which is implemented by the General Secretariat for Equality and Human Rights (GSHE) as the coordinating body with partners including the Research Centre for Gender Equality (KETHI), WHEN Equity Empowerment Change (WHEN), and the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Greece (SEGE). The Project is co-funded by Greece and the European Union through the “Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values” (CERV) Programme.
