Olga Tsiourva

Thessaly Regional Director of D.Y.P.A. (The Greek Public Employment Service)

Olga Tsiourva is the Thessaly Regional Director of D.Y.P.A. (The Greek Public Employment Service). In this role, she is responsible for the implementation of the European and national programmes related to the labour market in Central Greece.

She has a broad knowledge of the labour market in Greece and also of vocational education and training. She obtained her MBA from the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, and her second Master’s degree in Education from the Open University of Greece after her undergraduate degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki researching “Human Resources Management and Artificial Intelligence in Greek Public and Private Sector”.

As an expert in adult education she teaches Organizational Culture and Change Management and also Innovation Management to people working at the public sector in Greece. As a cancer survivor she is a member of Larissa Association of Cancer patients trying to support women with breast cancer. She is working for a more inclusive and fair world.
