Maria is a Counselor, regular member of the Hellenic Association for Counseling and the European Association for Counselling (E.A.C.). She currently works in the Greek Public Employment Service (D.YP.A.) as a Job Counselor and provides specialized services for the unemployed who belong to Special and Vulnerable Social Groups in order to integrate into the labor market. She is a certified Adult Trainer and conducts various trainings especially in the field of Communication and Conflict Management. She has worked as an English Teacher with children and adults and has many years of experience in Local Government where she served in chief positions in the areas of Administration and Social Policy. She started and was responsible for the operation of the Counseling Center in the Municipality of Tirnavos. Counseling helps her stay true to her professional philosophy: serving people and evolving.
