Georgia Papageorgiou holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Business. She is also CIPD (UK) certified in Human Resource Management. She has worked in the HR field, specialising in Talent Acquisition, which is also her passion!
She has reviewed more than 340,000 CVs, conducted over 5,000 interviews and made more than 450 hires, primarily across Europe but also globally. Alongside her work in HR and Talent Acquisition, she has designed and delivered numerous corporate training programmes.
Having lived and worked in the UK and the Netherlands (Amsterdam), she decided to return to Greece after 10 years abroad, bringing her knowledge and experience to Greek professionals and businesses. She has managed recruitment processes at all levels, from graduates and early-career professionals to senior executives, across a wide range of industries, including construction and manufacturing, telecommunications, software (SaaS), finance, tourism and customer service, video games, IT and software, and sustainability and environmental services.
Today, through WhatzNext, she provides consultancy services as a CV, Interview & LinkedIn Expert, Career Coach and HR Consultant, supporting both professionals and businesses in taking the next step in their career and organisational development.
