Fay is a versatile professional who is not afraid of change.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in History & Archaeology and a Master’s in Cultural Management, and she is currently completing her second Master’s in Human Resource Management (HRM) at the University of Macedonia. Her professional experience spans both the cultural and corporate tech sectors, with diverse roles including Excavations, Museum Education Programs, Adult Education (Certified Educator), Account Management, and AI Training.
With a strong passion for employee experience and the creation of positive and meaningful workplace environments, she aims to grow her career in Talent Acquisition and People Development. She firmly believes that skill development is not a matter of innate talent, but rather the result of the right environment, opportunities, and encouragement. As a professional, she brings a mindset of continuous learning and the adaptability of agile thinking, believing that investment in learning is a key driver of innovation and sustainable organizational growth.
Her love for volunteering and authentic human connection led her to join the WHEN Thess Community as a coordinator, which she sees as a natural extension of her personal values. Through this initiative, she actively contributes to the empowerment of women through community, networking, and dialogue.
