Effie works in the field of Marketing and Communication, with many years of experience in designing and implementing communication strategies for organizations and companies with social and cultural impact. She has developed her professional career across non-profit organizations, European projects, cultural institutions, and international companies, focusing on strategic communication, brand positioning, storytelling, and community building.
She holds a degree in Marketing and Communication from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master’s degree in Cultural Management from Panteion University. She believes that communication is not only about transmitting a message, but also about building relationships of trust, mobilizing people around shared ideas, and empowering communities that can make the world more just, inclusive, and sustainable.
She is inspired by gender-related issues, the empowerment of women and femininities, contemporary art, experimental writing, and nature. At WHEN, she aspires to contribute to the ongoing development of a dynamic and active community, strengthening the organisation’s visibility and promoting its vision for a society grounded in equality, inclusion, and equitable access to employment opportunities for all.
