Danai holds a degree in German Language and Literature and a Master’s specialization in Management in multilingual and multicultural Environments, where she also engaged with Gender Studies. She has professional experience in Human Resources (HRM) as well as in education, and has volunteered for several organizations, taking on responsibilities in HRM, Project Management, and Event Management. She never stops evolving, participating in seminars, trainings, and conferences. She is passionate about the vision of equality, multiculturalism, and the creation of inclusive working environments. She deeply believes that “equality means that every individual has access to what they need in order to thrive, regardless of gender identity or other characteristics.” In her free time, she loves traveling, discovering different cultures, and taking photos.
