Training of Directors & HR Staff

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the free training programme of the European CAREdiZO project, aimed at people who have founded or manage a small business or civil society organisation, as well as people in management roles, with Human Resources responsibilities, or an interest in the equal distribution of care responsibilities, working in small organisations (even those with just 5 to 10 employees!).

The aim of the programme is to support organisations that wish to strengthen gender equality, promote the fair distribution of care responsibilities, and adopt policies that facilitate work-life balance.

The programme consists of three interactive training sessions, which will take place at the WHEN Hub (29 Sokratous Street, Athens), from 10:00 to 13:00, on the following dates:

17 September 2026
6 October 2026
6 November 2026

Register now!

Throughout the programme, participants will have access to additional support through the project’s digital community, as well as online meetings and workshops, with the aim of sharing experiences and co-creating practices that respond to the needs of each organisation. Some of the training tools, such as the online games, will be available only in English, as they are still in the pilot phase.

Businesses and organisations that go on to implement specific measures for the equal distribution of care and the adoption of family-friendly policies will receive the CAREdiZO Certified Employer certification, in recognition of their commitment to creating a more inclusive and equal working environment.

We would be delighted to have you join us on this learning journey and work together to create workplaces that promote equality, care and inclusion.

The CAREdiZO project is implemented under the European Commission’s CERV programme, in cooperation with challedu (Greece), WHEN (Greece), MOTERU INFORMACIJOS CENTRAS (Lithuania), NATSIONALNA MREZHA ZA BIZNES RAZVITIE (Bulgaria), and the Mediterranean Institute of Gender Studies (Cyprus). It is funded by the European Union. The views and opinions expressed are, however, those of the authors only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Commission/EU.
