WHEN, in collaboration with Alpha Bank, within the framework of the financial literacy program for women “Economy Class” is organizing two specialized online training workshops for educators who wish to strengthen their knowledge and skills in adult financial education.
The workshops are designed to cover different levels of experience and professional profiles, offering practical tools and modern methodological approaches for teaching finance:
Workshop series 1 | For adult educators & coaches
Aimed at adult education professionals who do not have extensive prior experience in the financial sector, and will cover the teaching of basic principles of personal financial management, with an emphasis on the technical dimensions of the subject.

Workshop series 2 | For financial professionals
Aimed at financial professionals who want to transfer their knowledge to unfamiliar audiences. The training includes adapting financial concepts for beginner learners, the basic principles of adult education and integrating gender into the learning process.
