{"id":40328,"date":"2026-07-23T09:30:36","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T06:30:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/?p=40328"},"modified":"2026-07-23T10:12:22","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T07:12:22","slug":"training-manual-for-employers-and-business-executives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/en\/training-manual-for-employers-and-business-executives\/","title":{"rendered":"\u03a4raining manual for employers and business executives"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"text\">\n    <p>Within the framework of the <strong>FAIR PAY<\/strong> project, the <strong>Research Centre for Gender Equality (KETHI)<\/strong> as lead partner, with authors from the <strong>Greek<\/strong> <strong>Association of Women Entrepreneurs (SEGE)<\/strong> and <strong>WHEN<\/strong>, created the training manual for <strong>employers and business executives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This manual aims to support <strong>businesses and organizations of all sizes<\/strong> in understanding and implementing <strong>pay transparency<\/strong>, as provided for by <strong>Directive (EU) 2023\/970<\/strong>, but also in the general promotion of the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value.<\/p>\n<p>It is aimed at <strong>employers, managers, HR executives, payroll managers and decision-makers<\/strong>, whether they work in a large company with a structured HR department or in a small or medium-sized enterprise with more flexible but less standardized processes. Its aim is for each individual to understand the basic concepts and issues surrounding pay equity and transparency, to identify ways in which they can cultivate it within their organization and to organize the <strong>next steps for positive change<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The manual is part of Work Package 3 of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/fair-pay-gia-ti-diafaneia-kai-tin-isotita-stis-amoives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FAIR PAY<\/a><\/strong> project and complements the training actions and tools developed within the project. Its scope covers the full range of practices, procedures and actions that an employer can undertake in relation to the operation of their business in terms of pay transparency.
