{"id":40328,"date":"2026-07-23T09:30:36","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T06:30:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/?p=40328"},"modified":"2026-07-31T12:24:33","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T09:24:33","slug":"training-manual-for-employers-and-business-executives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/en\/training-manual-for-employers-and-business-executives\/","title":{"rendered":"\u03a4raining manual for employers and business executives"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"text\">\n    <p>Within the framework of the <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>FAIR PAY<\/strong> <\/span>project, the <strong>Research Centre for Gender Equality (KETHI)<\/strong> as the lead partner, together with the <strong>Greek Association of Women Entrepreneurs (SEGE)<\/strong> and <strong>WHEN Equity, Empowerment, Change <\/strong>as the co-authors, created this training manual for <strong>employers and business executives<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This manual aims to support <strong>companies and organisations of all sizes<\/strong> in understanding and practically implementing <strong>pay transparency<\/strong>, as set out in <strong>Directive (EU) 2023\/970<\/strong>, while also promoting the broader principle of equal pay for equal work and work of equal value.<\/p>\n<p>It is intended for <strong>employers, managers, human rescources executives, payroll officers and <\/strong>individuals involved in<strong> organisational decision-making<\/strong>, regardless of whether they work in a large company with a well-established Human Resources department or in a small or medium-sized enterprise with more flexible but less formalised procedures. Its objective is to help readers understand the key concepts and challenges related to pay equality and pay transparency, identify practical ways to foster these principles within their organisations, and plan t<strong>he next steps towards meaningful and sustainable change<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The manual has been developed as part of Work Package 3 of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/en\/fair-pay-for-transparency-and-equality-in-payments\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FAIR PAY<\/a><\/strong> project and complements the project&#8217;s training activities and practical tools. Its scope covers the full range of practices, processes and actions that employers can undertake to embed pay transparency into the operation of their organisations.
