Our <strong>goal<\/strong> is to create a <strong>community of support and empowerment<\/strong>, where every woman can feel <strong>safe, accepted<\/strong> and <strong>inspired<\/strong> to take the next steps in her life.<\/p>\n<p>Through <strong>experiential<\/strong> and <strong>participatory<\/strong> meetings, you will have the opportunity to discover your <strong>strengths<\/strong>, boost your <strong>self-confidence<\/strong> and develop skills for r<strong>edefinition, reskilling and upskilling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a class=\"button nvm-button btn-with-bg orange-bg rounded\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfdoBvaIxCb8jXx9wm6olT9U3if_EveYRHuDv7AyuLopE_anA\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each Lab connects you with the <strong>local community<\/strong>, opening new paths for <strong>learning, volunteering<\/strong> or <strong>professional opportunities<\/strong>. At the end of the series of meetings, you will create your own <strong>Personal Action Plan<\/strong>, a roadmap for your next steps, based on your own needs and dreams.<\/p>\n<p>Above all, <strong>HERA Labs<\/strong> is a journey of <strong>empowerment<\/strong> and <strong>collective care<\/strong>, a vibrant <strong>community<\/strong> where women <strong>learn<\/strong>, <strong>support<\/strong> each other and <strong>move forward<\/strong> together, with solidarity and respect.<\/p>\n<p>If you feel ready to rediscover your power and become part of an active, supportive community, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfdoBvaIxCb8jXx9wm6olT9U3if_EveYRHuDv7AyuLopE_anA\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">come to HERA Labs<\/a><\/strong>!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practical information:<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation in the HERA Labs is <strong>free<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program will consist of <strong>16<\/strong>,<strong> 90-minute labs<\/strong> that will combine <strong>workshops<\/strong>, <strong>talks<\/strong>, and <strong>networking events<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HERA Labs will take place in person, <strong>Monday-Friday<\/strong> f<strong>rom 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM<\/strong>, at <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hub.when.org.gr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WHEN Hub<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<strong>29 Sokratous, Athens<\/strong>).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The implementation period is from <strong>December 2025 to July 2026<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <strong>detailed program of the labs<\/strong> will be announced after the confirmation of participation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Free creative play for children will be provided at the meetings.
