The <strong>#StopPeriodShaming<\/strong> guide has been created to help create a<strong> new reality<\/strong>, in which periods are seen as a <strong>normal biological process<\/strong> rather than a source of shame, helping to create a more<strong> inclusive society<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How is the stigma surrounding menstruation created and maintained?
