This tool was created as part of Ready for Work at Engineering<\/a><\/strong>, WHEN’s (previously known as Women On Top<\/a>) specialized employability skills program<\/strong> for women looking for their first or second job in the energy sector, organized with the support of Motor Oil Group<\/strong>.\u00a0With this program, 30 young women who are about to graduate or have already graduated from Engineering Schools<\/strong>, were equipped with the necessary tools and developed the skills they need to succeed in the Energy field.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This empowerment guide aims to become another practical tool for female engineers<\/strong> looking for their first or second job in the Energy sector. It’s a guide designed to help you navigate the next steps<\/strong> in your career. In it you’ll find a summary of each of the ten training workshops<\/strong> that tool place in the Ready for Work @ Engineering program, highlighting key takeaways<\/strong> and key skills<\/strong> covered.<\/p>\n

In addition, we have included practical advice<\/strong> and useful resources<\/strong> to support your continued growth and success in the job market. Whether you’re perfecting your CV<\/strong>, preparing for interviews<\/strong>, or looking to improve your skills<\/strong> in the workplace, this guide will help you find practical advice and guidance<\/strong>, as well as useful definitions<\/strong> to help you better understand key issues that are related to gender equality at work.<\/p>\n
