{"id":34649,"date":"2024-07-25T18:21:24","date_gmt":"2024-07-25T15:21:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/?p=34649"},"modified":"2025-08-06T15:39:52","modified_gmt":"2025-08-06T12:39:52","slug":"methodology-for-creating-more-gender-responsive-ecosystems","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/en\/methodology-for-creating-more-gender-responsive-ecosystems\/","title":{"rendered":"Methodology for creating more gender-responsive ecosystems"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"text\">\n    <p><a href=\"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/en\/tag\/femin-ict-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>FEMIN-ICT<\/strong><\/a> is a collaboration between 7 organizations from <strong>Greece<\/strong>, <strong>Belgium<\/strong>, <strong>Cyprus<\/strong>, <strong>Italy<\/strong>, <strong>Stockholm<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Spain<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Sweden<\/strong>, which aimed to address the underrepresentation and difficulty of advancement of women in the <strong>Information &amp; Communications Technology (ICT) sector<\/strong>, encouraging more women to enter the industry, giving them the tools they need to succeed, and promoting their\u00a0<strong>equal participation<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>representation<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>treatment<\/strong>\u00a0within the ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the program, we put together a <strong>methodology<\/strong> for creating more gender-responsive ecosystems to work with, learn about and build new technology. This methodology is accompanied by a <a href=\"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Femin-ICT-self-assesment-tool.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">self-diagnostic tool<\/a> that will help you assess your organization&#8217;s performance in 7 key areas, to identify and define areas for future opportunities and focus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a class=\"button inline\" href=\"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Femin-ICT-self-assesment-tool.xlsx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">You can find it here.<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>* DISCLAIMER:<\/strong> This tool is not responsive in a google drive environment.
