{"id":33680,"date":"2024-03-06T15:33:53","date_gmt":"2024-03-06T13:33:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/?p=33680"},"modified":"2026-05-15T15:20:57","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T12:20:57","slug":"guide-to-inclusive-teaching-of-stem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/en\/guide-to-inclusive-teaching-of-stem\/","title":{"rendered":"Guide for the Inclusive Teaching of STEM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"text\">\n    <p>In November 2022, <strong>WHEN <\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/en\/women-on-top-is-becoming-when\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">previously known as Women On Top<\/a>), with the support of the <strong>US Embassy in Athens<\/strong>, launched the second cycle of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/en\/our-action\/for-society\/for-educators\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;School of No Bias&#8221;<\/a><\/strong> program with an online skills development workshop for teachers, with the aim of making<strong> STEM-related fields more attractive and accessible to girls<\/strong> from different socio-economic backgrounds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Acclaimed speakers<\/strong> from Greece and the USA participated in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=LR-nqeYN0h4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">workshop<\/a>. They shared evidence and methods from academic research and tools from their own educational practice, inside and outside the school.
