The labor market requires <strong>adaptation of competencies, flexibility and continuous development<\/strong>, which is a challenge for those who have a break from work due to various circumstances. The right mentor\u2019s assistance to the mentee guarantees <strong>flexible response and assistance<\/strong>, <strong>support and motivation for development<\/strong> and, as a result, a change in life, which is often necessary to take<strong> a step forward.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the project is twofold: to <strong>support organizations<\/strong> interested in designing and implementing mentoring programs and <strong>to provide them with the necessary tools<\/strong> to approach the needs of their target groups more effectively.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.8rem;\">The project is addressed to:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizations that support women to return to the labor market<\/li>\n<li>Professional counselors, psychologists, labor mediators and business consultants<\/li>\n<li>Mentors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>BeMyHelp is funded by the Erasmus+ program of the EU. and is implemented by four partners from different European countries: <a href=\"https:\/\/mamopracuj.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Mamo Pracuj Foundation<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/edumocni.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Fundacja Edumocni<\/strong><\/a> from Poland, <a href=\"https:\/\/neotalentway.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Neotalentway<\/strong><\/a> from Spain and WHEN from Greece.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BeMyHelp\u00a0is an Erasmus+ project that aims for the inclusion of the mentoring method in socio-professional projects targeting socially excluded groups, including women, as an effective tool in personal development and assistance in returning to the labor market.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":31772,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[437,388,385],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-33260","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-european-programs","category-mentoring-en","category-nea-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>BeMyHelp | For the inclusion of mentoring as a tool to organizations &#8226;
