For seven consecutive years, WHEN\u2019s Conference on Equality and Inclusion in Business showcased initiatives, data, and tools aimed at fostering a culture of equity within companies and organizations.<\/p>\n

The annual Conference has now been passed on to our sister organization, inc.lude<\/a><\/strong>, which focuses on dimensions of diversity beyond gender, always with the goal of creating workplace ecosystems that promote genuine meritocracy, fairness, and a strong sense of belonging.<\/p>\n
