{"id":33316,"date":"2022-07-14T18:13:58","date_gmt":"2022-07-14T15:13:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/?post_type=nvm_research&#038;p=33316"},"modified":"2025-08-06T14:27:21","modified_gmt":"2025-08-06T11:27:21","slug":"women-in-search-of-professional-opportunities","status":"publish","type":"nvm_research","link":"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/en\/research\/women-in-search-of-professional-opportunities\/","title":{"rendered":"Women in search of professional opportunities"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As part of the Live A Legacy initiative, implemented annually since 2018, to empower women in the professional environment, Mastercard and WHEN (<a href=\"https:\/\/when.org.gr\/en\/women-on-top-is-becoming-when\/\">previously known as Women On Top<\/a>), in collaboration with Focus Bari, conducted, in the fall of 2021, a survey aiming:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. To gather quantitative and qualitative data in relation to the challenges faced by women in Greece during their first professional steps<br>b.
