Training of Directors & HR Staff<\/h6>\n

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the free training programme of the European CAREdiZO project<\/a><\/strong>, aimed at people who have founded or manage a small business or civil society organisation<\/strong>, as well as people in management roles<\/strong>, with Human Resources responsibilities<\/strong>, or an interest in the equal distribution of care responsibilities<\/strong>, working in small organisations (even those with just 5 to 10 employees!).<\/p>\n

The aim of the programme is to support organisations that wish to strengthen gender equality<\/strong>, promote the fair distribution of care responsibilities<\/strong>, and adopt policies that facilitate work-life balance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The programme consists of three interactive training sessions<\/strong>, which will take place at the WHEN Hub (29 Sokratous Street, Athens)<\/strong>, from 10:00 to 13:00<\/strong>, on the following dates:<\/p>\n

\n6 November 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n

Throughout the programme, participants will have access to additional support through the project\u2019s digital community<\/strong>, as well as online meetings and workshops<\/strong>, with the aim of sharing experiences and co-creating practices<\/strong> that respond to the needs of each organisation. Some of the training tools, such as the online games<\/strong>, will be available only in English, as they are still in the pilot phase.<\/p>\n

Businesses and organisations that go on to implement specific measures for the equal distribution of care and the adoption of family-friendly policies<\/strong> will receive the CAREdiZO Certified Employer certification<\/strong>, in recognition of their commitment to creating a more inclusive and equal working environment.<\/p>\n
