The workshop aims to offer practical knowledge, tools and confidence to parents and caregivers, so that they can approach the topic with naturalness and honesty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSc6sIG-LjnrFrLzTkTTs9XdNgr9jNnwlXwKj_4xeXMBAMRz4Q\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">In-person workshop, Wednesday 22\/4 @ Hub @ 18.00-20.00<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the workshop we will discuss:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Why do <strong>conversations<\/strong> at home shape children\u2019s attitudes towards their bodies and periods?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How are <strong>stereotypes<\/strong> and <strong>stigma<\/strong> around menstruation created and reproduced?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>When and how<\/strong> can we talk about period at different ages (from childhood to adolescence)?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How do we answer children&#8217;s <strong>difficult or unexpected questions<\/strong>?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How can we <strong>support children<\/strong> when their first period is approaching or starting?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How do we cultivate an <strong>open, safe and without shame<\/strong> discussion about the body and its changes?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The workshop will provide a space for <strong>s<\/strong><\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 1.8rem;\">haring experiences, questions and practical examples<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1.8rem;\">, so that parents and caregivers can leave with greater comfort and confidence about how they can open and continue these important conversations at <strong>home<\/strong>. The goal is to strengthen parents&#8217; <strong>knowledge<\/strong> and <strong>self-confidence<\/strong>, so that children grow up with a <strong>healthier<\/strong>, <strong>informed<\/strong> and <strong>stigma-free relationship<\/strong> with their bodies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSc6sIG-LjnrFrLzTkTTs9XdNgr9jNnwlXwKj_4xeXMBAMRz4Q\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Participation is free and pre-registration is required!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*Free creative activities for children will be provided during the Masterclass.
