Then this series of seminars “Leading to the top” that WHEN is organizing with the support of Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, from 27th until the 29th of May, is exactly what you need.<\/p>\n

The 6 seminars are aimed mostly at women who work in a cooperate environment, self-employed and businesswomen, with 3-15 years of experience, focusing on skill building for businesswomen that are asked to lead either small of bigger teams. The topics these seminars will cover are:<\/p>\n

– Cooperation, negotiating and trust
\n– Leadership and dealing with change
\n– Personal development and empowerment
\n– Career development
\n– Emotional intelligence
\n– Creating and managing groups of the highest performance<\/p>\n

The participants will have the ability to choose one or more seminars or to take part in the whole 3-day program, for a more wholesome experience, that will also provide them with the certificate of attendance.<\/p>\n

The seminar of 29\/5 will be given by the guest speaker Eva Eulenstein of KAS, Expert Talent & Leadership Programs, Co-Active Coach, while the seminars of the first two days will be given by accredited members and coaches of the Greek market.<\/p>\n
