On <\/span>April 11<\/b>, WHEN is organizing the<\/span> 7th Inclusivity Lounge<\/b> as part of the <\/span>Delphi Economic Forum<\/b>, under the auspices of the U.S. Embassy in Athens and the General Secretariat for Equality and Human Rights of the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family, with the support of the British Council in Greece, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Greece and Cyprus, the Pancreta Bank and Hellas Gold.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Inclusivity Lounge, entitled <\/span>\u201cInclusion: the lost piece in the demographic puzzle\u201d<\/b>, will focus on <\/span>inclusion as a possible solution <\/b>to the challenges of the demographic issue. In particular, it will focus on the ways in which <\/span>female employment<\/b>, the integration of <\/span>immigrants <\/b>and<\/span> people with disabilities<\/b>, <\/span>intergenerational inclusion<\/b> in care and the <\/span>labor market<\/b>, and the formulation of inclusive <\/span>family policies <\/b>can offer <\/span>sustainable solutions<\/b> to the demographic issue in Greece and across Europe.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once again, the Inclusivity Lounge will host renowned <\/span>Greek and international guest speakers<\/b>, with the aim of putting the above issues at the heart of the Delphi Economic Forum, opening the debate on equality, diversity and inclusion meaningfully, in one of the most important meeting and decision-making hubs in Greece.<\/span><\/p>\n
