On February 23, 2022, the non-profit organization WHEN, in collaboration with the companies Pfizer and the Center for Digital Innovation, Henkel, Commit Global and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation of Greece and Cyprus, and with the support of the Norwegian Embassy, is holding the 5th annual conference entitled “Equality & Inclusion in Business: Lessons from Norway and Iceland”, within the WHEN in Business initiative.<\/p>\n

This year’s conference, which will be held hybridly, will focus on the good practices adopted by companies and organizations in Norway and Iceland, which systematically bring these countries to the top of the Indicators for gender equality in Europe.<\/p>\n

Through speeches and thematic workshops we will explore tools and methodologies that can support the efforts for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion of Greek companies, but we will also share initiatives that are already successfully implemented by innovative organizations in our country.<\/p>\n

The Conference is held within the framework of the project “Gender equality in the corporate world: what can we learn from Norway and Iceland about empowering women in business”. The project is implemented by WHEN and is part of the bilateral relations development initiatives funded by EEA Grants within the Business Innovation Greece Programme, with Innovation Norway Athens as grant manager.<\/em><\/p>\n
